its very long time that i didnt post any article in this blog...

hurm, maybe the one and only reason this blog were created is as a assignment...

So, when the study is finished or completed, we will abandoned all our assignment rite???

dalam program STCA (Special Training for Specific Area)... anjuran Biotechcorp...
InsyaAllah ak akan berkongsi sedikit cerita pada masa depan...

maka... dengan keajaiban kimia...

dia bertanggungjawab dalam menyebabkan kanser...
sebab tu dia dikelaskan dalam kategori carcinogenic...

jadi... kalau korang nak minum air gas...
jangan la ambil air yang ada vitamin c...
ataupun korang campur dengan vitamin c...
ak dah bagi nasihat kalau korang x nak dengar...
mampos korang la...

memang la korang kata ada peraturan...
dan mengikut syarat2 dunia...
lebih kurang 1ppb jer kandungan benzene yang boleh ada dalam sesuatu minuman...
tapi kalau korang minum banyak2... x ker banyak benzene dalam badan korang...
ish3... minum la jus oren... walaupun mahal tapi lagi selamat...

kalau korang tengok digimon movie yang pertama ataupun digimon 8: digimon x evolution...
lebih kurang sama macam babak omegamon  tembak musuh guna tangan dia yang kepala weregarurumon tuh...
ataupun kalau korang tengok Gundam seed...
sama macam babak perikatan bumi guna senjata genesis tuh...

kalau ikut teori...
macam salah kot...
sebab si Merong tu guna prinsip tu macam tembak laser...
ak rasa lebih logik kalau dia guna macam penumpuan tenaga kepanasan tuh...
macam mana nak cerita ek...

Business Proposal

salam and good morning.
since we all in kindergarten,
the teachers always told us that petroleum is non renewable sources,
if it finish, we are doom,
so, the future people need to find another alternatives.

last two decades ago,
peoples try to produce alternatives for petroleum,
such as
bio ethanol
hydrogen gas
water
bio diesel
corn oil
and so on

but, actually
non of these fuel can compare with petroleum.
with petroleum, you can get
plastic,
fuel oil,
gasoline,
asphalt,
tar,
paraffin wax,
and so on.

and, if you want to use other fuel than petroleum based fuel,
you need to alter and modified the engine.
so, it is not cost effective.

so, we are Pecah Mental Sdn Bhd come out with weird and freak idea,
to produce man made petroleum,
and we call it ARTIFICIAL PETROLEUM.

the raw material of artificial petroleum is agricultural organic waste,
this waste is so abundant and people usually burned it,
and it can cause pollution.
so, we will use it for better function.

then, we undergo combustion process.
we will burn it until it become black material,
that is carbonaceous materials.
this material rich in carbon sources.
and this Carbon really important to our final product.

next, we undergo gasification process,
this process is to convert carbon material to synthetic gas (syngas),
the synthetic gas are carbon monoxide and hydrogen gas.

after that, we undergo Fisher-Tropsh (F-T) process,
this process is to convert the synthetic gas to long chain hydrocarbon,
we used High Temperature F-T that require iron as catalyst,
and 330-350 degree celcius for the temperature.

after we get long chain hydrocarbon, we use hydrocracking process,
this is to simpler the hydrocarbon,
then we get our artificial petroleum.

what is NLP?
NLP is stand for Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Neuro for mind.
linguistic for language.
programming for body behavior.

this NLP was introduce by
John Grinder (linguistics) and Richard Bandler (mathematician and gestalt therapist).
NLP is non-scientific approach that claimed by thei founder as the better way to achieve
better and richer life.

NLP also can be classified as psychological theraphy because it deal with mind, feeling etc.
but, NLP were ignored by social sciences because professional credibility.

nowadays, NLP always be use for enhancing people abilities.
it also can be use to erase some memory especially hard memory.
this memory usually stored at unconscious mind and will effects us without we know it.
such as, people who had been chased by dog may be fear with dog for the rest of their life if it not treat well.

our last module for communication module is NLP.
taught by Mr Faizal, a professional and experienced in this topic.
a lot of activities that he done such as try to erase hard memory.
its effect one of my group member.
and he cure her, insyaAllah.

he also conducted simple test to test either we are
visual people,
audio people
or kinesthetic people.
for me, i more to kinesthetic and half visual.
but i lack to visual.
so, if you all want to deal with me, i need to touch the product.
tangible products.

he also explained about break the state.
it is when we want something but when other people or situation break our state.
we will forget what we need.
in analogy,
if a child need eagerly a toy,
and the father scold or shout at they,
it state will break and they will forget about what they need, in this case, that toy.

Mr Faizal taught us how to break the state by switching on/off switch.
we asked us to picturized a photo that showed what we dont want.
and another photo that we want.
gradually, the photo that we dont want must become dark and darker.
then, clap hardly.

for me, as a sciences student,
its hard to accept this method.
but when i thinking,
maybe i was used this method frequently.
when i manage my stress,
manage my emotion,
manage my sub ordinates
and even when to wake up.

The Art Of Negotiations

salam and good evening.
Thursday and Friday we learned about negotiations.
in this life, we must negotiate almost everyday.
children will negotiate with parents.
employee will negotiate with employer.
students will negotiate with teachers.
and so on.

Mr Hisham conducted this class.
when we negotiate.
win-win situation is very important.
we must flexible with our decision and must have BATNA.
BATNA is like we have back up things if negotiate fail.

when negotiate.
emotion must avoid because it will become the barrier.
not too rigid and flexible is important.

in this class.
we were asked to act in drama about negotiation.
1st day, the story line had prepared by Mr Hisham.
my group got story about landlord want to raise the rent.
so, my group must need to negotiate with landlord.
comments from Mr Hisham.
we were too emotional.
very very emotional.

2nd day.
we need to create an event.
i partner with Dhiya and we come with amazing story.
a story about doctor need to negotiate with his/her dying patient.
the doc want his/her dying patient to donate organs.
but, our story not come out when bail out.

owh, i need to be an actor.
for 2 story.
first with Nabila.
i need to negotiate with her.
about go to village during Hari Raya.

2nd is with Fadirul and Zaheerah.
about i as vocalist, want to going solo.
and this drama, we got best actor.
Mr Hisham gave us chocolate.

very happy and i learned a lot of things from Mr Hisham.
and, this day maybe the last day Mr Hisham teach us.
He is very best trainer.
